Lia is an Organizational Development Practitioner and a former NCAA Division II athlete. She works with teams to facilitate extraordinary groups. Lia innovates and cultivates complex organizational change through challenging norms and elevating leadership. Lia is a natural innovator herself and thrives in areas that call for creative approaches. It is Lia’s firm belief that it is becoming increasingly evident that leadership in a variety of key industries is falling short, especially when considering the intricate and interconnected challenges that the world faces. Given the complexity of today’s global issues, Lia believes that a transformative shift in leadership paradigms is essential. Lia is an advocate for DEI initiatives and has a passion for sustainable business practices.

Outside of the office Lia coaches community youth rowing and participates in community activism. She is active with CASA and volunteers with YWCA. Lia also enjoys time at the potter’s wheel, playing guitar and piano, as well as riding her road bike.

John is currently inactive due to current government position.

John has over eight years of experience in financial reporting. and consulting. John started his career as an auditor at PwC. He later joined JPMorgan Chase’s Controllership Group, followed by a Senior Financial Analyst role at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, before taking on his current accounting advisory role at CFGI. John earned a B.B.A. degree from Ohio University’s College of Business where he majored in accounting and finance and is a licensed C.P.A. John scored an average of 95 on all sections. John believes anything is possible with consistency, hard work and a good cup of coffee. John and Lia share a passion for sustainable business practices. John recently worked on a ESG fund development project for a Fortune 500 company and hopes that future focused work will leave the world a better place.

Outside of the office John likes to mountain bike, play soccer, and listen to podcasts. He was featured on the University of Michigan’s “Working For The Weekend,” podcast in Winter of 2023.
